Aditron heavy duty roller blocks having two bearing in each roller manufactured from solid rods not from pipes for minimum friction fixed and lapped the plates for roller blocks are 8mm to 20 mm thick suitable for dies / moulds jigs/ fixtures/ tools weight with in 40 kgs to 10000 kgs three diffrent sizes of rollers for diffrent capacities. The length of roller blocks need to be 300 mm larger than your die/ mould for safety pins etc these are also fixed on roller top trollies these are fixed like a rail track one pair for one die/ mould

NOTE – AS THESE ARE PRECISION EFFORT REQIRED IS REDUCED TO 7–10 PERCENT OF DIE/ MOULD WEIGHT IN PUSHING AND PULLING RESULTING IN TIME SAVINGS OF 30–80 PERCENT

Aditron noida offers different sixes of die/ mould/ tools/ fixture/ jigs roller design heavy duty racks storage racks which ae made to order as per size of dies / moulds/ jigs/ fixtures/ tools from 40 kgs to 10000 kgs each to be stored in single// double/ three tier racks. With a pair of roller blocks fixed like a rail track

The operator just pushes or pull out the dies / moulds/ jigs/ fixture / tools since they are placed on parrallel rollers each roller having two bearings the efforrt reqired reduced to 7–10 percent of its weight savings in time upto 80 percent

You can save 30–80 percent of die exchange time resulting in increased production and its ay back . Only one or two person are reqired to push or pull —as no fork lift — no over head crane reqired for storing

R o i depends upon no die changes per day since it is having short pay back period it is worth using to reduce man power for die/ moulds/ tools/ jigs/ fixtures storage and retirving them in shortest possible time from the rack

For v v heavy dies / moulds you may use chain pulley block on both sides if the weight is over 5000 kgs each
